A CLOSER LOOK
Where it fits in your routine
WACACO’s Exagram Pro combines coffee weighing and timing with a portable format and a listed carrying case. That makes it relevant to a kit that is stored between brews or moved between home and travel, rather than a scale that stays permanently under a large dripper. Compare the actual working platform with your cup or brewing vessel, and leave room to read the display and reach the controls. The packed presentation is only one part of the decision. A protective case is useful for transport but does not establish water resistance, impact certification or a guarantee of accurate weighing on an uneven surface.
Check deployed dimensions and usable platform space as well as packed size. A travel case does not make the scale safe to immerse or leave under flowing water.
Choose the accessory around the actual basket, cup and working clearance in your existing setup. Nominal size labels are useful for narrowing a search, but they do not establish compatibility across every machine or replacement component. For repeatable espresso preparation, keep dose, distribution, tamping and the final recipe as separate decisions instead of expecting one tool to solve them all. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for adjustment, cleaning and contact with hot or wet equipment. A precise-looking readout or a pressure label is not an independent performance test. We have not measured extraction yield, calibration accuracy or the effect of this accessory on flavor.
