This set groups a dosing funnel and a puck screen around a nominal 58 mm preparation format. The funnel can help keep loose grounds near the basket opening during dosing, while the screen is a separate component that requires its own fit check. Basket diameters, rim profiles and clearances vary, so the shared size description should not be turned into a universal machine-compatibility claim. Compare both pieces with the equipment you already own and with the instructions for adding a screen above the coffee bed. The set contains preparation accessories rather than a portafilter, grinder or espresso machine, unless the current package explicitly states otherwise.

Choose the accessory around the actual basket, cup and working clearance in your existing setup. Nominal size labels are useful for narrowing a search, but they do not establish compatibility across every machine or replacement component. For repeatable espresso preparation, keep dose, distribution, tamping and the final recipe as separate decisions instead of expecting one tool to solve them all. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for adjustment, cleaning and contact with hot or wet equipment. A precise-looking readout or a pressure label is not an independent performance test.
