This is not a brewer, electric kettle or heated urn. It does not make cold contents hot and should not be represented as actively maintaining a chosen temperature. The seller advertises twelve hours hot and thirty-six hours cold, but those figures are not independently verified performance results. Starting temperature, fill level, ambient conditions and repeated dispensing can affect the experience.
Check the space around the serving position before choosing a large airpot. You need room above the lid to operate the pump and enough clearance below the spout for the cups you use. The handle can help with positioning, but a full vessel is heavier than the empty product. Follow the supplied instructions for secure handling and for locking or moving the dispenser.
The listing describes a lid that opens for cleaning. Follow the manufacturer’s procedure for the liner, pump tube and seals rather than assuming every component can go in a dishwasher. Clean residues promptly, particularly after drinks containing milk or other ingredients.
