Chemex FSU-100 is a bonded-paper filter format intended for the compatible Chemex brewing system. The square filter needs to be folded and positioned as directed by the maker; it is not simply a generic cone-paper refill. Check the precise brewer model before buying, because broad wording in a listing does not establish compatibility with every Chemex shape or size. In particular, do not extend a general fit statement to a three-cup brewer without confirmation. The illustration is a detail of the paper shape and does not represent the full package or every filter in the pack.
Check Chemex model compatibility explicitly. Broad fit wording must not be read as approval for every model, particularly a three-cup brewer.
Build the rest of the setup around the brewing method rather than the number of accessories in a photograph. You need a stable work surface, suitable water and a way to measure the coffee and brewing water if your recipe depends on a ratio. Check filter shape, safe handling and the actual capacity of the receiving cup or carafe. A serving-size label can use a different cup convention from the mug you own. Follow the maker’s cleaning and heat guidance, especially for glass, collapsible parts or a powered base. We have not brewed with this product or measured its effect on taste.
