A CLOSER LOOK
Where it fits in your routine
This Bodum pour-over combines a single-wall glass carafe with a removable stainless steel mesh filter. The cork grip wraps around the neck and is secured with a tie. It is intended for a manual brewing routine: you supply the hot water and control the pour rather than relying on an automatic coffee machine. A separate kettle and a suitable place to set the carafe are therefore part of the setup to consider.
The source title describes a 34-ounce model, while its feature text describes eight servings of four ounces each. Those figures do not match exactly, so we do not present a precise usable brewing capacity as settled. If capacity determines your purchase, confirm the selected variant and its fill guidance before ordering. A small coffee serving is also different from a large mug; the advertised cup count alone is not a reliable way to plan several full mugs.
A mesh filter is reusable, but it still needs cleaning between sessions. The glass carafe is not an insulated thermal server, and the cork grip should not be confused with insulation for the entire vessel. Follow the manufacturer’s care instructions for each component rather than assuming every part has the same cleaning requirements. We have not brewed with this product. Choose it for its manual carafe-and-filter format, then compare its practical capacity and care needs with your existing routine.
